Sales tax is only charged to orders delivered to California.
Shipping and billing address must match the billing address on the credit card provided. AVS must also match credit card.
All orders will have shipping fees and applicable sales tax added when the order is sent out. These fees will not be reflected in your shopping cart.
$5.00 Fee will be applied for all orders under $20.00.
Shipping: Daniels Display will ship via reasonable means unless customer notifies Daniels Display in writing of request to ship via alternative means. Any requests to ship via alternative means received after Daniels Display has shipped the goods will be deemed null and void. Customer remains responsible for all shipping costs. Oversize items will require freight shipping.
For goods damaged through delivery, please notify the driver and note down on both copies of delivery slip the damage goods have incurred. Customer will be responsible for receiving and counting goods upon receipt of delivery. Upon receipt of merchandise, please open all packages immediately and inspect for damages. All claims must be filed within 5 days of signing for the freight. Save all original packaging.
Delivery times and dates given by Daniels Display are estimates. Daniels Display will not be responsible for any delay of shipment caused by reasons uncontrollable by Daniels Display.
- Returns must be in original packaging and new condition.
- Daniels Display must be notified and customer must be approved for all returns within 5 days of receipt of goods by customer. Customer must be approved for Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for request for RMA number. If return is approved, goods must be received by Daniels Display within 14 days once customer has received the item. Order cancellations require that the customer contact Daniels Display as soon as possible. If goods have been shipped prior to notification of cancellation, customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from the customer. There will be no returns or cancellations for special order items. Credit and exchanges will be given for returns approved by Daniels Display. Refunds will not be given. Daniels Display has the right to inspect the items prior to approval of any returns. No returns will be considered if customer does not notify Daniels Display after 5 days of receipt of goods by customer. All return requests are approved or disapproved on a case by case basis.
